You can forget about ex-Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio coming out of retirement to save the Ohio State defense, according to a former Buckeye star.
Before successful head coaching stints at Cincinnati and Michigan State, Dantonio served as the defensive coordinator at Ohio State from 2001-03. During that time, one of his players was standout linebacker Bobby Carpenter.
